Description

TERAPOR® STRONG is insulation system with excellent mechanical properties and very high strength against mechanical pressure, made with extruded facade polystyrene (XPS) of different thicknesses depending on the specific conditions and requirements. All its components are practically tested and cautiously selected, that complement each other in an optimal way to be applied as a system.

The system is particularly suitable and ensures durability, efficiency and smooth operation in places where extreme loads of pressure put high demands on the insulation material. Extruded polystyrene (XPS) in the system, has a maximum closed cell structure, and following proper installation, virtually precludes water penetration, while simultaneously greatly reducing the diffusion of water vapor through the system. 

TERAPOR® STRONG is extremely resistant to aging, to weathering and cracking. After proper installation ensures longer life of the building, its hydrophobicity and enhanced mechanical protection.

The ENERGY IN COLORS tinting system offers an array of opportunities for individual shaping of finishing coat of the thermal insulation by color and structure, offering a choice of over 2080 colors and five structure types of decorative plaster. 

 

Areas of application

TERAPOR® STRONG is optimized for installation and thermal insulation in intensively moisturized places (in the wall-base and the perimeter, under foundation slabs, in wet rooms, in refrigerating cameras, etc.) and under heavy mechanical loads (green and open for walking roofs, under floor screeds, under flat, sloped or pitched roofs, roof verandas, floors between storeys, in-floor heating, roof type parking or industrial floors, bearing high loads, etc.).
