Scope of use

TERMOFLEX® PRO SOLID NANO is a ready for use, thin layer paste-like plaster on the base of potassium water glass. It is designed for creating self-cleaning protective and decorative coatings with dragged or scratched structure on old and new mineral bases (cement, cement plasters and mortars, prefabricated concrete elements, gypsum-based mortar, gypsum board, gypsum fiberboard, etc.).

The nano particles which are contained in the plaster provide an opportunity for achieving a micro-porous surface without cracks and with lower electrostatic charge. This allows the dirt from the surface, caused by the impact of the natural influences (such as wind, rain, snow and sun), to separate naturally from the facade and to preserve it unchanged for a longer time.

This self-cleaning effect is supported by the titanium photocatalysts in the composition of the plaster. They are activated by the UV-rays in daylight and they react with the oxygen in the air, breaking down the organic dirt and depositions from the plaster. Subsequently they are removed by the wind or washed away with the rain.

TERMOFLEX® PRO SOLID NANO has a top hydrophobic layer which captures moisture from the surface and later when evaporating removes the dirt particles. Thus the facade remains clean and dry.

ENERGY IN COLORS tinting system offers numerous options for individual styling in colour and texture giving a choice of more than 2080 colours and five structures of decorative plasters.TERMOFLEX® PRO SOLID NANO is used as a finishing coating in integrated thermal insulation systems TERMOFLEX® CLASSIC and TERAPOR® ULTRA and is suitable for both new and old buildings – in the process of retrofitting or improving their insulation or facade.
